Earlier this month, we released the new Shout Outs widget to add to your dashboard and we are so excited to announce more ways to improve your Ideagen Op Central dashboard and increase engagement! We have updated our Quick Links widget to allow you to separate your links and customise your dash even further.
The unique features of this widget include:
- 3 different styles: style the dash to your taste with our 3 different style options. You can choose from the traditional list view, icon view (which allows you to pick from hundreds of customised icons) and thumbnail view.
- Up to 3 Quick Links: you can add up to 3 quick links widgets to your dashboard like we have in the picture above. They can be all the same style or all different - it's totally up to you.
- Customised titles: there are no limits to what you name your Quick Links widget, name it whatever you like! For example, ‘HR Links’ or ‘External Links’.
- Any type of link: internal and external links are both acceptable - so if it has a web address, you can link to it!
- Permissions: you can set permissions on who can view certain links. Restrict access to certain roles if you want (or need) to.
Just like the Shout Outs widget, this one is also completely optional and we will add it to your dash upon request. Quick links are a great way to keep your dashboard organised, customised and provide easy access to your most frequently used sites.
