You’re able to conduct quizzes and written assessments, live workshops, observations/manager sign-offs, manual and remote assessments (where a user can upload a video for assessment by a trainer).
  • Unique completion options: There are a number of settings you can toggle on and off for program completion. Set completion messages, a video message, completion certificates and user notifications upon completion. 
  • Role-based permissions: You can set access to programs based on a user’s role. Access options include; no access, optional completion and required completion, allowing you to choose which roles need particular training and which ones may not.
  • Set pre-requisite programs: Ensure your team completes their training programs in the correct order by setting pre-requisite programs. Just like in school, some coursework can only be completed with prior knowledge, that’s what makes pre-requisite programs so important. It allows you to lock users out of assessments until they have completed the necessary programs and gained the knowledge they need.
