Can I see Op Central in action before buying?

Absolutely! We have a team of specialists here in our Melbourne office ready to give you a live walkthrough and answer any questions that you may have about the product, pricing or anything else.

Is Op Central easy to use?

Op Central has been engineered from the ground up to not only be the most feature-rich, comprehensive platform of it’s kind in the world – but also the easiest to use!

You do not need to be a tech-savvy genius to get full value from using Op Central, in fact many of our clients have never used a system like this before and have no trouble picking it up fast!

Can I choose my add-ons later?

Yes, you don’t need to select all of your options now. If you’d like to get started with Op Central’s standard functions now, you can always upgrade to any of our add-on options later.

Is my data safe?

We take data security very seriously. Our servers are hosted in a world class data center that is protected by biometric locks, 24-hr surveillance and other measures. We ensure that our systems are always up to date with the latest security patches and we are frequently upgrading our security functions as industry best-practices continue to evolve. We use SSL encryption to keep your data safe. As a business Vortilla’s business systems, processes and best practices are certified to the ISO 9001:2015 standard.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We do not accept PayPal. At this time, we only accept payments online. We will not be able to accept purchase orders or orders over the phone. All of our payments follow AUD pricing.

Who owns my data?

You do! At all times, you own 100% of your data! We want you to stay with Op Central because it adds value to your business and you love it! Not because you’re being held hostage with your valuable data in our system. If you ever need to, you can export your information any time.

In the event that you do cancel your account with us, we remove all of your data from our servers.

Do I have to pay for product updates?

We are constantly working to upgrade the Op Central product, so that it delivers the best possible outcomes for you and your business.

Product updates are completely free of charge, and are typically released every 2 weeks. Sometimes these new releases are minor (i.e. bug fixes and minor upgrades) and sometimes they are major with new functions and features.

We are also working on several exciting new add-on options, which, when released will incur an additional cost if you decide to add them on to your Op Central package.
